Monitor and respond to facilities-related issues within campus premises
Ensure the safety, security, and efficient use of campus resources
Comply with regulatory requirements from government and accrediting bodies
Who has access:
Only authorized College personnel (e.g., Office of the Registrar, Center of Admissions, Finance Department) managing the platform, as well as other units granted access by them, will have access to your data and the information submitted through BEStAR.
Collection and Storage:
Information is collected through BEStAR and stored in a cloud infrastructure hosted and maintained by our authorized system provider, Prince Technologies Corporation, in accordance with application data protection standards.
Data Retention:
DLS-CSB shall only retain the personal information, reports and any associated data (photos, location, and optional email address) for up to one (1) year for application-related data records. For student records, data will be retained on a perpetual basis. Data may be kept longer if required by law, institutional safety audits, or institutional records management policies.
